At Anthony Nolan, we rely heavily on donations from the general public in order to continue our lifesaving work.
In 2014, our supporters donated £11.2 million, and, as you can imagine, a great deal of this money came from individuals being sponsored for undertaking sporting challenges and running events worldwide.
With this in mind, our latest infographic delves into the many possibilities of running for Anthony Nolan worldwide – namely, marathons worth travelling for, from across the face of the globe.
For example, there's the Big Five Marathon in South Africa, which is held among the wildlife of the Savannah, or the Athens Authentic Marathon, in the home of ancient history's very first marathon. And let’s not forget the London Marathon, of course - much closer to home but with equally stunning views of famous landmarks. Whatever marathon you end up choosing, it will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
